We are currently welcoming new potential clients to our waitlist. To ensure we provide the high-level, collaborative care that suits your specific needs, we guide every prospective patient through an intentional intake process:

When we have openings, our team will contact you to discuss your needs during a free 15-minute consultation.

Step 3: Secure Onboarding

Once confirmed, we will notify you and share access to our secure portal, where you can complete your intake forms.

Insurance & Professional Fees

Our providers value financial transparency and believe in equal access to affordable care. Accretion Behavioral Health offers our services through insurance and on a private pay basis.

Private Pay

For individuals not using insurance or seeking out-of-network care, our standard rate is $250 per session.

How long is the waitlist? When can I expect to hear back from you?
Our waitlist fluctuates throughout the year, based on provider availability. Our goal is always to match you with the right provider for your specific needs; once a professional who aligns with your goals has an opening, we will reach out to discuss your next steps.
Do I need any special equipment for telehealth appointments?
All you need is a private, comfortable space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone (such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet). Our secure portal is browser-based, so no complex software downloads are required.
What if I don’t see my insurance carrier listed, or you aren't in network?
We believe that everyone should have access to quality, cost-effective care, and we can work with you if we are not in your network. To discuss your private pay options or a potential “Superbill” to submit to your insurance carrier, please contact us.
What can I expect during my initial 15-minute consultation visit?

Our 15-minute initial consultation is a low-pressure space for us to meet. We will discuss your goals for care, answer any logistical questions you have, and ensure our clinical expertise aligns with your mental, physical, and spiritual health needs.
